Thank you for shopping with us! Each item is made-to-order using a print-on-demand fulfillment partner, which means every product is custom created just for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selections
- Color choices
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
You may request a free replacement or refund if:
- The item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Lost or Delivery Issues
If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Orders that fail delivery due to customer error
- Minor variations in print placement or color (these are normal in print-on-demand production)
Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
